pros:

cons:
- high payout - $10
- have scammers and spammers, be careful inside
- rules are quite flexible (trust me, you know when you join)
- high exchange fees for certain payment processors (due to payment processor tax and fees)

tips:

well, this site is a good site, but the only one that make me wonder to join here is that high minimum payout.

my problem for this site its their name exchangemoneyforum and they have a section that people can exchange money there,but seems lot of people there even moderator there doing some of scam and scam people there. better admin on that site making a verification standard for people who want to give a service there for exchange money. or make an escrow system so people can safely exchange their money there ... just an idea from me
